Bazaz Allianz mediclaim policy
Not withdrwan my policy no OG 091104600300023059

I Sayed Sabir Hussian had taken a mediclaim policy from bazaz allianz policy number is OG 091104600300023059 . But within 15 days i want to withdrawn my policy due to some reason. So i called up to customer care and i told them that i want to withdrawn my policy. They provied me reference number the number is 31855938 . They told me that u get a call from our side. They called me and i denied to take a policy. After one month i found that the premium is not credit in my credit card and monly premium is deducted from my credit card. I called up again and now they told me that your request is on process and it will take 2 or 3 days . after 3 days i want to confirmed my status but everytime they told me that it will be taken 2 or 3 days .i had applied policy on december and today is 25 march.whenever i talked to customer care they give me the same respond. So i therefore request to you do the needful . i want to windrawn my policy.
