Illigal Building construction

I am resident of Banashankari 3rs stage, cauvery Nagar. I see around 2 to 3 illegal construction going on at 5th Main Road, Cauvery Nagar, Banashankari 3rd stage, Banagalore-560085.

On 60*40 site they are constructing 4 to 5 floors building. I think only they can construct 2 floors on a 60*40 site. This illegal construction will cause lot of problems like water, sewage, traffic etc.
