Staff not available in office

I have been to BBMP help centre at Heggede nagar @ 03.45pm. To my surprise I found the concerned tax collecting Inspecter left the office and when contacted on phone he is telling cooley to come on tomorrow as he has left the office then only. It is disghusting and most indisciplined. The tax payer put in to task. Will the BBMP Commissioner tak note of it and take action to ensure, the staff are available in office during office hours.
