BB Service, BSNL
Disrruption of service brtween 6pm and 2 am

I have a consumer of BSNL broad Band Servicehave been for last 6 months. My Telephone bearing no.0891-2514359 was shifted to Industrial Exchange from Dabagarden Exchange as my residece shifted from Gurkha Lines, Rly Colony to DLS Rly Quarters, Kanchrapalemduring 2nd week of Oct 08.

Ever since the phone is shifted, BB Service has been disrrupted through out the day, and most of the time unacessible. The JE concerned personally visited my connection, changed wiring etc, but the service is still unavailable during night. JE has even tried to solve the problem, by even changing Modem, but in vain. I am denied of BB service, during the period mentioned above daily.
