My ATM card Number 6922 on 19-09 saturday, i did with-drawal transaction for the amount 15000/-, 5000/- in CANARA BANK using Axis - ATM Card at that time system shows that Transaction unsucessful with resp code 072, but the amount has been amount already reduced with the AXIS Account. Please suggest the corrective action. How can a customer be satisfied with such a type of flawfull functionality of the ATM's.
