Beach sub-urban ticket booking counter
One ticket counter for 800-1000 peoples waiting for 2 hrs to get ticket for sub-urban trains staring from beach

Sir,

On 5 May 12.10pm, I want to go from chennai-beach to Guindy, i am waiting in a "Q" with 300 people before me for one counter, totaly 2 counter was operated at that time, nearly 800 people were standing for tickets.

At that time is around 12.10pm on 05.05.2008.

suddenly one counter was closed without informing, so all the people from one counter went to another counter where there is already a big "Q" (400 peoples) already,

Automatic ticket M/c is not working.

so nearly 1000 people where fighting each other to get ticket.

no one is taking responsibility, "Ticket booking supervisor"&-quot;station master" etc

The real incharge Mr swamynathan (Ticket booking supervisor) left out for some personal work.

1) If Mr swamynathan is not there who is the next responsibale person.

2) where Mr swamynathan went out in office hours (Any personal work).

who is the sufferers public-
