I need to get the refund amount from Beam Telecom

Requst for the refund of the payment:

I have paid 2, 300 Rs for a prepaid new internet connection on 25/09/10 to Beam Telecom through check. after continues follow up for 20days they are unable to give the connection and have been in continues touch with the call center by calling twice a day but no use. they failed to give the connection. after i have asked for cancelation of my request, and after cancelling the request they are not repaying the amount which i initially paid. i have cancelled my request 1month back till now i have not got my money back.. i have raised many tickets by calling call cneter but no use. i would llike to get my money back ASAP. request you to process the this request.
