Respected sir,

With reference to the above subject I would like to bring to your notice that earlier I was working with M/s. Beardsell Ltd and I left the organization on March and My PF no is-TN/129A/3463.

I have applied for EPF (form 19) as well As Employees pension scheme (form 10C), I have received the claim for EPF almost years ago and I have been following for the Employees pension scheme I have made call to your office as well as to my principal (M/s. Beardsell Ltd). I always get the repeat answer already processed and you are going to get the amount by one month time.

Almost waited for more than one year I am sorry I am writing to you directly this letter there is no alternative, if the application has processed than where is my claim amount no body answering properly. Also I am following up with the Bank (syndicate Bank) Bangalore where I have a SB account.

So I would like to request you kindly look in to this matter and help me to get the amount.
