Cash back on Airlines Ticket

Sir,

As per the advertisement in the monthly statement that 10% CASH BAKC OFFER ON AIR TICKET BOOKING THRU SBI CR CARDS., I have booked Air line Ticket of almost rs.63, 983/- from April 07 to Sept 07, from PNA-DEL and DEL-PNA, from time to time. In the meantime when I enquired about the cash back offer, i have been told that it will be credited from August onwards. But i got credit of Rs.271/- only instead of Rs.6398.30, (being 10% of tickets booked).

I would like to know when shall i get credit for the balance full amount?
