Non receipt of consignment

I had given an order vide MITBC-WEB-22329803 for a benetton watch and paid Rs 499 through my credit card. On checking from ur call centre executive I was informed that the consignment has been forwarded on 13 Apr 09 vide dartmail No 6127209815. However on checking from the courier web site and call centre I got the message that this consignment No does not exist. Please resolve the matter and ensure that my consignment is delivered at the earliest. Please confirm the exact status and dont make fool of your customers.
