My daughter ishita kashyap ordered one benetton wrist watch and i made the payment from my mobile 09814412195 following the directions given by the person from delhi office. but to my horror i received 2 watches instead of one ordered. payment for two wathes were deducted from my credit card. while i was making payment on mobile the person from delhi office told me that transaction has failed & make payment once again. i told him then only to make sure that double payment is not done. but he told me not to worry. but i received 2 watches. my daughter sen a complaint but got no response.her membership no. is ITBC093365. the 2nd watch is useless to me. it must be returned back as it is their fault.
