AS-2/A-70 buses not running on time

Dear Sir,

I am travelling from Borivali-E to Worli daily by AS-2 buses, which is run by Magathane depot every morning. In morning from this depot only 3 buses are available for Borivali people. Yesterday (19/05) in the morning they have not sent the buses of 8.30 AM & 8.50 AM., When i have called up at Magathane depot, first they said that Buses were already sent to Borivali National Park Stop, After I shout they said that they do not have sufficient Drivers to run the buses.

Now my complaint is if they do not have enough man power then why they are taking Rs.1500.00 per month (PASS) from us. They are not providing proper bus facility to publice.

moreover they have shiffted all A-70 buses to mira road/Dahisar, So that the peoples from Borivali/Kandivali will not even get the standing position in that buses!!!

Please any responsible pserson from BEST authority can answer this??
