Conductors ignorance

Dear Sir/madam,

This is an incident that happenned yesterday i.e. on 18-Jan, Bus Route 310, Bus No MH01 LA6304 at around 6.45pm. This bus came at Kurla Station busstop..There were around 8-10 passengers standing..The bus halted for less than 30sec. The passengers were still climbing when the bus driver just started and drove the bus in full speed. Two lady passengers were just hanging at the door. when we told thr conductor he was laughing and said they are in a rush. The driver did not slow down even for speed breaker and the bus was jumping so hard that a old man fell off his seat. It went to an extent that if the bus stopped in traffic the conductor insisted that passengers get down so he does not have to stop at the bus stop.

Like many others I am a regular traveller by BEST. it will be great if a strict feedback about this could be conveyed to BEST.
