Not Stopping & cust got injuired

Dear Sir,

Today on 11th April 11 i was standing at jain mandir bus stop near kandivali station west. Bus no 210 for yari road the driver of the same bus didnt stop on bus stop though there was place in the bus and because of this 1 person tried to get into bus & he fell down he would near caught in the Try's of that bus. But manage to away. he got bad injuired. Now if he would hve major accident who would be respossible?? Below i am mentioning the details want an action on this.
