Driver starts bus before the passenger boards the bus

Dear Sir,

I daily travel from Navagam (Dahisar) to Borivali Station, many times the driver stops the bus before or after the extrance of the bus stop, and before the passenger gets in he starts the bus, or the conducter rings the bell before the passenger gets in the bus as I am a slip disc pateint i have to be very careful.

And also the bus driver drves the bus fast on truns beetween Technical stop and Navagam where it is very difficult to balance yourself.

I therefore request you to look into the matter and treat this complain is from all the passenger using your services.
