Non stopping at stop

I was standing at bus stop near center hotel, ville parle East, just opposite domestic airport. AS-2, AC bus passed through the bus stop without stopping at bus stop around 7.30 pm on 23.4.10. There are two traffic signals just ahead of the stop, 1st of whih was open and other one was closed. Just to cross the first signal he didnot stop and stopped at seconfd signal. i rushed to the second signal and knocked the door, but he refused to open the door and asked me to come to the next stop which is almost 1.5 km ahead of the signal. This is the misuse of the power and not in accordance with prudence of Public Service. Stict action aginst the persons involved is required.
