Buses Not stopping during peak hours

This is the regular affair of BEST buses not stopping at the bus stops during peak hours though the buses are empty i will not say that the buses are fully empty but atleast some of the commuters can easily go in. You cannot expect the buses to be empty during peak hours. but buses should stop on every stops its the choice of the commuters to enter in or not.

My complaint is for Bus route no. 348, not stopping at the bus stop of Hanuman Road. Bus No. MH 01 LA 5855 Bus Conductor No. 32073/ no. 15321, I am able to get the nos as i caught the bus on the signal

I want who ever is the authority to take the stern action against the arrogant conductor who was arguing though his mistake of not stopping the bus on the bus stop. If this consumer complaint cell is active kindly let me know too what is the action taken on the conducto
