Buses dont stop at the bus stop

Hello Sir,

I am daily travelling by bus from pratiksha nagar to famous studio sometime in the evening the buses dont stop at the famous studio while going towards Sion inspite of the buses being empty.

As it is very lonely place to stand at the bus stop and top of it the buses dont stop.

Kindly see to it the buses do stop at the bus stop whether passenger want to get in or not.

It is really very sorry state for the passenger to wait for the bus and when the bus comes it does not even bother to halt at the bus stop specially bus no (351)

Please look into the matter and try to do something.
