Arbitrary termination of buses

I recently moved to a flat in Kopar Khairane, specifically keeping in mind the new AC buses started by BEST on the Vashi-BKC route. I even took a quarterly (3 months) pass to travel in these buses. However, since the last week, all the AC buses (505) have been terminated.

No explanation or reason has ever been given. This has caused inconvenience to scores of daily commuters. This is really taking the commuters for a ride. BEST should at least offer an explanation and refund the hard-earned money of ordinary citizens of this country.
