MH 0076 - Rude behaviour of driver and conducto

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that Bus No. 83 – MH 0076 plying from Santacruz Depot to Pandit Paluskar Marg reached Khar SV Road Station Bus-stop at 8:40 am this morning. However the driver did not stop the bus at the stop. He went another 50 metres further and stopped the bus. All of us, around 7-8 persons, ran to catch the bus. As we reached near the door, he started the bus and sped off.

This is really horrid behavior on his part. I would like you to kindly investigate the matter and speak to the driver and conductor on this misbehavior and revert to me at your earliest. I have written an email to 'cecc@bestundertaking.com' and 'gm@bestundertaking.com' on 26th September and there is still no response from their end.

I hope you respect the problems we commuters face and will resolve this matter.
