Failure to start the project

Hi this is to bring to everyones knowledge about the company Bestech Builders and Promoters, a real estate development firm based out of Gurgaon.

I have had the worst misfortune of getting tangled in a property underdevelopment by this builder. I must say it has been an absolute headache for me right from day one.

So far I have paid around 12 lacs for a 4 Bhk apartment and nothing has been done on the site as yet. The company has not cared for the customer's concerens and the attitude of officials has been nochalant towards the customer's concerns. Despite almost an year and dozens of commitments, nothing has come on the site as of now and god knows what is instored.

I regret making this decision now and feel cheated of my hard earned money.
