Bus Frequences too less and not on time also

Respected Authority,

This is to inform you that BEST releases very very less frequencies of Bus numbers 399ltd & 382 ltd and they are not even on proper time...

My office is located in Govandi and i travel everyday by these bus numbers only, i know there are limited number of these bus but it also does not take such a long time to release them. There is quite good frequency of the buses during morning hours but when coming back home at night i have had experiences of waiting for more than 1 1/2 hrs... at the bus stop. One tends to become tired after office hours and wants to reach home.

So my only REQUEST to the concerned Authority is to take necessary actions so that the commuters of the BEST .dont face such problems in the future
