Refund of my security

Please help!!

I went to Parsvnath Developers Ltd in Shahdara on 27th October to take my flat NOC as i was selling my falt.

Flat No. T2-1003, Parsvnath Platinum, Swarn Nagari, Sector Tau, Greater Noida

With great difficulty I managed to get the NOC the same day though I had to wait till late and I was charged Inidan rupees 500 for the same.

For the refund of my security deposit of Indian Rupees 14, 000 I was told that a cheque will be couriered within one month.

I am still waiting for the cheque but inspite of my repeated reminders I have not received my refund even after 02 months.
