Regarding delay in delivering of B-FONE connection

Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub - Regarding Delay in delivering of B-Fone.

This is to bring under your kind notice that myself Mr. Mrinmoy Sarkar, Resident of Manikpur, Durganagar, kolkata=79, has suffered a lot owing to this company named is HILTAKE ELECTRONICS (P) LTD.[P-17, Mission Row Extension, kolkata=13] actually, i have deposited on amount of Rs.500 with this particular company for my B-FONE connection within maximum 15th days but unfortunately the connection is still Pending from their side i.e. HILTAKE ELECTRONICS (P) LTD..

No Action is being taken against my repeated complains . as a sequel i'm geting Harassed a lot.

The purpose of launching this complain is that i want my money back or my connection which ever is possible and moreover, I want to highlight this matter so that any customer like me, willing to take this connection should not face any sort of inconvenience in future.

I shall be highly obliged if my complain in given due consideration so that i can breath easy in such inhuman conditions.
