Non reciept of bill and other discounts

I baught a Ford Fiesta on 27th of Feb from Bhagat Ford, Amritsar. The temp. no. of my car is PB10 BX 2710. At the time of buying, dealer offers me a less of Rs. 5500 under corporate plan and Rs. 10000 as exchange offer. Dealer told me to submit the documents to get the exchange offer. The cheque of Rs. 10000 should be sent to me directly by Ford and the accessories of Rs. 5500 will be given to me, he added. So I submitted the sale letter and photocopy of RC of last car. But still neither the accessories nor the cheque of Rs 10000 is given to me. Whenever i called the dealer he replied that they have sent documents to ford and the same should be given to me soon. I can't understand that when his SOON will come. Even the bill is not given to me. Now i feel that i didn't buy a gud car, actually i baught a endless pain. Dealer mently hrash me too much..
