Not proper supply of cylinde

In each and every gas booking this company takes at least 20 days for supply of gas cylinder besides this company not responding properly on telephone for cylinder booking and several time the company booked the gas on telephone, if we remind them after 6-7 days then we receive the reply that tere is no booking in this name.when I go throught the exact reason of delay in supply and got the information through reliable sources that the company mis using the gas cylinder that these are being sold to loacal sweet shop. what the company doing it does not matter to me but I feel that the company keeping its monopoly and imposing the harassment to customer, Iam not only the sufferer. So problem should be rectified.
