Sir,

I like to inform you that more than 2 Lacs passenger used narela (NUR) station in delhi, but there is even no reservation counter at narela station. People has only option to go in the hands of the trveling agents who charge more than the fare. Peoples also travel in the train like... So, it is kindly request to make Proper availability of trains i.e. more train should stop at the narela station and an reservation counter also being set up at narela station. Sir due to narela and bawana industrial area more and more poor People used this station. This is the single station in near more than 20 villages. There is more passenger than Sonipat station but we don`t have even reservation facility.
