How can i dematlised my share

I have purchage 100 share of bhansali engineering polymers limited 17 year befor and i have got dividend regularly up to 2007 . There is no any information about my share from company end. I have open my demat account for dematerlise my shere. I have send original share certificate to registrar to dematerlise my share in my demat account but they returned original certificate and remark - FV CHANGED TO RS. 1

I have received a dividend Rs.100 after expair date of validity in 2008 .
