Not getting gas cylinde

I have booked for gas cylinder on date07/01.09 (bill no.559466) consumer no 36367. I have visited three to four times at the said distributor-Rajaram gas distributor. He has denied (refused) me to provide the cylinder & also not gave complain book. Till to date, I have not recieved the gas cylinder against the above dated bill & amount 335 rs. Distributor's behave with me arrogantly. With deep paining, I am going raise complaint with you.

you are requested to take the action against above Distributor for this miss behavior. Please allot me gas cylinder against the above bill 335 rs. Your kind co-operation will be highly obliged.
