Bharatgas/New LPG cylinder connection (complaint)

I have enquired for new LPG Cylinder connection at Bharat Gas Distributor - "Padmavathy Bharat Gas Agency". Location - Selaiyur, Chennai-600073. He told me that i have to compulsary buy stove, Regulator and gas hose pipe, Grinder, Mixie from them (Total amount needed for them is Rs.7000). But, i have my own stove with regulator, hose pipe, mixie and grinder. I don't want to buy these items. There are no top officials to ask these people or they themselves have some commission on this?? The license of this Gas agency should be cancelled immediately.
