Regarding not booking of Gas sylende

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas (LPG) vide No.DE-1005, issued from Rohit Gas Agency, Bawana, Delhi. I want to state that the said connection is stand on the name of my real brother sh. Inder Singh Bhardwaj, But since a long time the authorities of Bawana Gas Authority are not registering / booking our sylender without assining any reason and asking for bribe.

It is requested to take necessary action under my intimation at my following address :
