Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention to the following for favour of your immediate acions:-
It is reported that one C.V.Kunhi Aysha, Cheriya Valappil House, Near CMLP School, Post Mattool North, who is a LPG consumer (vide No.20923 attached to Ani Gas Agency, Puthiyatheru, Kannur, LPG dealer of Bharath Gas) has been persistently denied proper delivery of LPG cylinders by the above LPG Agent against the orders made. It is further reported that she has been taking delivery of cylinders at her own expense and the LPG agent does not care to deliver cylinders at her residence. The LPG Agent has not even cared to accept telephone booking and even when the consumers approaches in person they are not accepting booking and refusing to accept booking on one pretext or other. It is reported that on account of the adverse attitude of the LPG agent as narrated to above the above said consumer has to suffer untold hardship and also sustained heavy financial loss. The LPG agent is taking exploiting the illiterate consumers and making undue advantage.
I request you to enquire into the above and immediate remedial measures may be taken as early as possible.
