Not proper supply of LPG Cylinder on time

Dear sir

I have Bharat Gas cylinder, Which connection No. Is 28909, issued from Jaipur (Raj), supplier is Sunny Gas Agency, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.

I have booked a LPG Cylinder for refilling before 20 days, but till date (25 sept. 2009) I did not receive after 8 times reminder in the agency. The responce from agency was very poor.

Kindly look into the matter and allow to the agency (Sunny Gas Agency, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.)for providing the refilling gas cylinder
