Delivery of cylinders after 4 weeks only

We have a connection with L.D. Bhave & Co. since inception. However, of late they have started booking for a replacement of a new cylinder after 3 weeks of the previous delivery. The gas cylinder takes another 5 days as per them. However, the last time it took 9 days. We are a large family and need a cylinder every three weeks or so. Would solicit your advice in this matter.
