Hello Complaint Section,

I would like to inform you its so frustrating compared to other LPG services that your service is so bad and becoming worse. Very poor response and made a mistake of being a consumer for this LPG.After 60 years of our independence, we citizen still have to suffer because of our corrupt official who apparently I ashamed to tell is indian too. I now feel we indians cannot rule and function and we are in the habit of being ruled like the Britisher's did.

Also please let me know why second cylinder is not given for a consumer after 1 year since my family is facing problem with delivery schedule having one cylinder kept with us.

The agent gives excuse of stoppage of extra cylinder which I have my own doubts since under the table all this may be happening.
