I had booked my refill for domestic LPG on the 3 rd of May. The consumer number being M 7202.The person from Hindustan Gas agency, 4E First Main Road, Kasturibanagar, Chennai-600 020, took my consumer number and gave me the booking number as 1084 and informed me that the gas cylinder would be delivered in 2 days time. On the 5th of May I called them again asking them why it was not delivered, when they told me it would be delivered definitely that same evening. But as of today (7th May) they have not delivered the cylinder. Kindly look into the matter. This is not the first time this is occuring.
