I am Authorised consumer of Bharat Gas-c. No-10981 at Sangli Maharashtra. due to enefficient refill
service I want extra cylinder. M/s swati Gas Sangli asking for S.V. form or Affidavit. My say is when I
am Authorised consumer of you ;then why you asking for documents such as SV. I am ready to give
my Ration card. So I request u please issue extra cylinder unnesesary asking for documents.
