Harrasment to deliver LPG cylinders

Dear Sir,

This is to complaint on the service of Bharat Gas (LPG) Cylinders Booking & Deliveries to Homes.

Here lot of consumers are suffering to book & get the deliveries of LPG cylinders.

The area which we are locating is being supplied by a Distributor "Shree Raksha Gas Agency" located at Hebbagudi Bangalore 560 099.

First of all booking the cylinder it self is a big challange & after booking we have to wait for 21 days to get the cylinder.

You will be surprized how the delivery persons behave with the customers to deliver the cylinder.

They keep the cylinders in one fixed corner of the area & ask customers to bring the empty cylinders & take the refill.

Customers has to wait in que from morning & pay the extra amount (Rs 35 per cylinder) & take their refills. If any one opposes to pay extra amount they will not get refills. They have made it compulsury to pay Rs 35 extra per cylinder.

The delivery persons working in this Gas agency & also distributor"Shree Raksha Gas agency" spoiling the reputation of BPCL.

Request BPCL to take immediate & serious action on this compliant.
