Very very rude & extremely arrogant customer service

My cons. no. is 27448 with distributor Ms Sowmiya Traders, 4, Market Complex, Venkateshwara Agraharam, Mylapore, Chennai 600004 . I have been a customer at this distributor's outlet since 1985 except for a brief period when I was transferred to Coimbatore & transferred my connection to the dealer there.

I wish to complain about the extremely disgusting and rude behaviour of one of the counter staff by name Ms Gita Gnanakumar.

Her rude manners is extended to both young & old, educated & uneducated alike. Employees such as these who do not know the basics of customer relations shd be sent home.
