Non acceptance of defective (leaked) cylinde

Dear sir (s),

i have booked a cylinder for refilling on 21/8.they have supplied it to me on 26/8 night. i found this unused cylinder as defective (gas leakage). i have lodged a emergency complain on 28/8.unfortunately, they send their representative on 1/9 (5 days later).he found the cylinder to be defective and assures to replace it on the naxt day.the naxt day the sales manager came with another staffs for 2nd verification and assured for replacement.till 3/9, 5 pm i am unable to get replace my defective cylinder.i am keeping the defective cylinder in my house for 8 days with uncertain risk of life of my family.their intention is not clear. i have called them many times and visited their office as well but in vain.what should i do?
