No Delivery of refilled cylinde

I face very poor response from Vijay Gas Agency (tel no: 27854368, 27856383, 64517496) every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 10-15 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all.

Recently i have booked my cylinder online using ebharatgas on 29th May. & till today (10 June) i havn't recevied delivery of the same.

If you can avoid taking a connection from Bharat Gas, pls do. After all these hassles I feel private gas agencies are a better option. These agencies like Bharat Gas are just there to make your life miserable!!!

If anybody have email id of Bharat gas customer care or any topshots email id plz share with me.
