NON DELIVERY OF CYLINDER FROM LAST 2 DAYS

I undersigned Mrs. Yogita Prashant Patil, Kalwa wants to complain about poor service from Bharat Gas Thane.

I have booked for a cylinder on Monday, 20 April. after several reminders we have not got the cylinder saying by Officials that they can not give delviery after 6.00pm and on sundays. we both husband and wife are working and not availabe at home before 6.00pm. we have register our Gas Connection Form as per our request of delivery afer 6.00pm. but every month Their delivey person will come in early morning. which we couldnt attend.

please look in to this matter urgently.
