Not getting the gas in time

Dear Sir,

I was getting gas from Bharat gas agencies with out delay when my agencies was at Ravipuram. Years before my connection was shifted to Rose Flames with out my knowledge or consent. When I inquired about they told me that part of the consumers were shifted to new agencies when the new company started. Since then I have the problem of getting the gas in time. Last time I got the gas in 19/02 and today 08/07/09 I asked them to book one when I found my cylinder empty. They told it will take one month to give the gas. I requested them to give early since I received the last bottle, it is going to be almost five months. Other agencies in thevera give the gas within the week or even two days of booking. Please look in to the matter and solve the problem of delaying the gas supply.
