Delay in delivery of gas cylinde

Hi

My self is Sanjay Yadav. My consumer id no 116940. I have single Gas cylinder connection. My gas was finished on 23 Jun 12. I have booked the gas on 26 Jun 12 but till date i have not received the Gas. For inquiry i had visited the Bharat Gas agency on 2nd Jul 12, the manager told me that you will get the gas cylinder on 3rd Jul 12. But till date we have not received the same and this problem i am facing 1st time. Every month i have to do the same fight with this Bharat Gas agency.
