Street lights are switched on during the day

I want to register complaint against Noida Municipal corporation. I have seen that the street lights in Sector-63 A and B blocks are switched on during the day. There is no one who turns them off during day.

Being electricity such an important factor no one from the municipal authority takes notice of this serious issue.

Kindly take action against the curlprits as we in India are facing severe power cuts due to electricity shortage and these people are unnecessarily wasting the power supply.
