Non delivery of refil gas cylinde

I had booked for a refill cylinder on 27th April 11.20 am and they have provided me the booking number 9036. Its been more than 3 week and we havn't received the refill cylinder. We have been calling the booking after from the 12th day of booking he was saying today eveving / tommorow and never delivered and when we called yesterday he says that we havn't booked the cylinder at all. We have been facing this problem for about 6 months now. All this while we were ok when it was delivered late but now being a summer holiday all my sibling with their family have come to our house and we dont have the cooking gas to cook. Its been a big embarassment with my brothers-in-law coming home and we not having a gas to cook. Please help us in getting the gas as soon as possible.
