UNDUE DELAY IN SUPPLY

Sir I am residing in Karambakkam Porur ch 600116 and getting gas supply from one M/s Ramanaiah gas agencies Valasaravakkam ch-87. For the past 5-6 months I am getting supply only 15 days after the date of booking. That too after making several calls to the customer care and the distributor centre. This month also I have booked on 5-3-09, I have not yet recd the Gas. The concerned authorities may kindly look into it.sir. Thanking you.
