I yogeshwari hold policy with barati axa i pay a monthly premium of Rs.3000 i have enrolled myself for Wealth confident policy vide policy number 500-0062884 i have written many correspondence to them sinc july i am not able to make the payment. till july i had my monthly debit of ecs on my ICICI bank account then due to change in my salary account to ABN i had to send ECS form with a canceled cheque to barati axa requested them to change ecs to ABN amro. but my ecs bounced in abn amro with a status that they have not received the ECS form they also deducted Rs.234 from my account. I called barati axa they say they have proof that they had sent ecs form to ABN AMro when i called ABN amro they say they have not received the form. Now since iam customer of ABN amro with their good customer support they agreed to pay my Rs.234 back but barati axa has not come back to me. neither they are solving my problem nor allowing me to cancel my policy. i have all the mails which i had sent to them so far. But no one is responding. Do i have solution for this???

I heard through many of frends that barati axa is not doing well in terms of their operation team. they concentrate only on getting fresh policies and they do not concentrate on existing customers.

can anyone solve this for me please!
