Subject – Complaint about unnecessary deductions and demand for refund

of the same.

Sir,

I, the undersigned, Nikit Narayan Mokashi, am a customer of your company. I have an Airtel connection of prepaid type bearing number 9730795194.

For last few months various amounts are being deducted unnecessarily from my balance. I have not opted for any pack or service other than use of mobile as telephone. This is not a fair trade practice.

Kindly give instructions to the concerned staff of your company to stop the deduction immediately and order the refund of the deducted amount.

Sir,

I have talked to your customer care centre representative about recent deduction on 2/11 of Rs.30/- from my balance.

My complaint was registered by no 1104396646. The supervisor accepted that my complaint is true. I was assured that the amount shall be refunded by 06/11 and I shall be informed by a voice call. But actually nothing has happened till this time.
