Delay in recieving domestic gas cylinde

I am costemer of bharat gas for domestic cooking gas at Chirimiri, korea, Chhattishgarh. My card serial no. WR 1113056 consumer no. 008427.I have booked gas cylinder on 21 April but I have not recievedgas cylinder till date (22 May). The gas agency don't bother about the supply of cylinder even after varioue reminder. They have two phone numberwhich are kept busy or not answered. The agency code is 351896.

You are requested to look after the matter and take necessary action.
